Overprint size is 10.0 mm x 3.0 mm.
Done with printing type and stamp pad ink.

The letters are slightly broader than typewriter type and the spacing between the letters does not exactly correspond to the spacing of a typewriter. It is known that Mr. Tagle started official overprinting of stamps in 1926. The following two stamp issues were the first ones he overprinted.
